Enthusia Rules

These rules apply in game, on the Discord, and in other Enthusia community spaces. Read them before playing; the current version always applies.

01
Play fair

Do not cheat, exploit bugs, or create an unfair advantage.

02
Treat people properly

No slurs, harassment, threats, or targeted abuse.

03
Ask before acting

If a rule or mechanic is unclear, open a ticket first.

How these rules are applied

The examples below explain the rules; they do not limit them. Behavior that clearly harms players, staff, the server, or fair play is punishable even when the exact method is not listed.

No loopholes

Technicalities, alternate wording, omissions, and “the rules do not specifically say” are not defenses. Staff enforce the purpose of a rule as well as its wording.

Section I

Conduct

  • Slurs and hate speech: Slurs are not allowed, including the R-slur. This applies even when a slur is abbreviated, misspelled, masked, quoted, used as a joke, placed in a name or build, or not directed at a specific person.
  • Harassment and discrimination: No racism, sexism, bigotry, threats, targeted harassment, sexual harassment, or repeated unwanted contact. Swearing is allowed when it is not used to harass or attack someone.
  • Respecting staff: You may disagree with a decision and appeal it through a ticket. Insulting, baiting, threatening, harassing, or deliberately disrupting staff is punishable. Follow staff instructions while an issue is being handled.
  • Inappropriate content: Names, skins, messages, signs, builds, voice chat, and shared media must not contain sexual content, nudity, hate symbols, offensive caricatures, filter bypasses, or other clearly inappropriate material.
  • Spam and disruption: No chat flooding, excessive caps, mic spam, repeated sound spam, or intentionally disruptive note-block, portal, or similar noise.
  • Advertising and impersonation: Do not advertise other servers or unrelated media. Do not impersonate staff or falsely claim staff authority.
  • Public chat: Keep public chat in English so staff can moderate it. Politics, controversial real-world events, and heavy personal disputes do not belong in public channels.
  • Begging: Do not repeatedly ask players or staff for ranks, items, creative mode, permissions, or other special treatment.

Section II

Safety and accounts

  • Zero tolerance: Grooming, doxxing, blackmail, credible threats, malicious files, and illegal content result in a permanent ban.
  • Your account is your responsibility: Account sharing and headless alternate accounts are not allowed. Actions taken on your account are treated as your actions.
  • VPNs: VPN use requires prior approval from an Admin or higher and a valid vouch.
  • Punishment evasion: Do not evade any ban, mute, jail, blacklist, or restriction through alternate accounts, VPNs, shared accounts, or another player's account.
  • Helping rule breakers: Do not hide, gear, house, transport, profit from, or otherwise assist a player you know is cheating or evading punishment. Do not encourage someone to break rules.
  • Evidence: Never forge, edit, or misrepresent screenshots, recordings, or logs. Submit complete context when staff requests it.
  • Personal information: Do not expose or pressure others to share identifying information. Staff may remove personal content to protect community members.

Section III

Gameplay

Explicitly allowed

Wilderness raiding, stealing, griefing, PvP, spawn camping, TNT duping, rail duping, and carpet duping are part of the server unless staff announces a temporary restriction.

  • Protected areas: Spawn and Market are protected. PvP, theft, raiding, and griefing are allowed in the wilderness.
  • Duplication: Only TNT, rail, and carpet duping are allowed. Every other duplication method is prohibited unless staff gives written approval before it is used.
  • Bugs and exploits: Report suspected bugs immediately through a ticket. Do not test, reproduce, share, hide, withhold, or use an unapproved bug or exploit for any reason, whether or not it gives you an advantage. Bug or exploit abuse is punishable, and affected items, progress, balances, or builds will be removed when appropriate.
  • Server performance: Chunk loaders and methods that keep chunks active while nobody is present are prohibited. Staff will disable or remove builds, farms, machines, or entities that create unreasonable lag or instability.
  • The End: Camping the End Portal frame is allowed. Using TNT duping, falling blocks, or another method to block, trap, or prevent normal portal entry is prohibited.

Section IV

Mods and clients

  • Allowed examples: Sodium, Iris, Simple Voice Chat, Replay Mod, Litematica for holograms and schematics only, world maps, and Xaero's Minimap Fair Play Edition.
  • Unfair clients and tools: Hacked clients, X-Ray, ESP, Freecam, Baritone, Easy Place, Printer Mode, cave or entity radar, and any tool that reveals hidden information or performs prohibited actions are not allowed.
  • Autoclickers: Use the Enthusia Autoclicker, the server-side autoclicker, or an external desktop autoclicker. Other autoclicker mods are not allowed. Players receive one warning to switch before further punishment.
  • Visual advantages: Do not remove lava fog to locate ores. Do not use indicators that reveal player health, damage, hearts, or another player's armor durability.
  • Unlisted modifications: If a mod provides information or automation that normal players do not have, ask staff before using it. “It was not listed” is not permission.

Section V

Market and reputation

  • One stall per player: Alternate accounts cannot be used to obtain additional stalls.
  • Storage: One single chest or barrel may be kept for restocking. Market stalls and overpriced listings cannot be used as protected personal storage.
  • Keep stalls usable: Keep your stall presentable and do not leave shulker boxes or other obstructions on the floor after restocking.
  • Honest reputation: Reputation must reflect a real trade or interaction. False reputation, coordinated mass reputation, and review-bombing are prohibited.
  • Market enforcement: Violations are punishable by item removal, stall wipes, reputation removal, or temporary or permanent loss of Market privileges.

Section VI

Enforcement and tickets

  • Rules are not exhaustive: Staff can act on harmful, unsafe, disruptive, or unfair behavior that is not described word for word on this page.
  • No loophole arguments: Attempts to bypass a rule through technicalities, alternate methods, wording tricks, or deliberate misinterpretation are treated as violations of the rule itself.
  • Staff directions: Follow reasonable staff instructions during investigations and active incidents. Refusal, interference, dishonesty, evidence destruction, or disrespectful abuse of staff is punishable.
  • Tickets and appeals: Report players, bugs, and disputes through tickets. Do not argue active cases in public chat or pressure staff through DMs. Appeals must be honest and include relevant evidence.
  • Punishments: Breaking these rules is punishable. Staff determine the consequence from the severity, intent, impact, history, cooperation, and risk involved. Actions include warnings, content or item removal, wipes, restrictions, mutes, temporary bans, and permanent bans.
  • Ignorance: Not reading a rule does not excuse a violation. Genuine mistakes and prompt cooperation can be considered when staff chooses the consequence.
  • Rollbacks: Inventory or progress rollbacks are reserved for major server-side problems supported by solid evidence.

When in doubt

Ask first

If you are unsure whether something is allowed, stop and open a ticket before doing it. Permission given after the fact does not undo a violation.
